Vodafone are supporting low carbon and business efficiencies in the manufacturing sector through delivery of key IoT services to an Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre (AMRC) facility at the University of Sheffield. The project at the AMRC North West focuses on two areas; smart factory and smart building, with the aim of showing how IoT can drive greater efficiency in a factory workshop and improve the sustainability and operational efficiency of an office environment.
